Return Policy

1. Return Period

You may return your purchase within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with all accessories, packaging, and manuals intact.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
We will provide instructions for sending the product back to us.
Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

3. Tampering or Opening the Computer
Opening the computer or modifying any internal hardware components (e.g., removing or replacing parts) will void the warranty.

If our team determines that the computer has been tampered with, or if there are signs that internal parts have been altered or removed, we reserve the right to reject the return request and the item will be sent back to you.

This includes, but is not limited to, opening the case, modifying hardware, or damaging the internal components in any way.

4. Defective or Damaged Items
If your computer arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) so we can arrange a replacement or full refund.
For defective items, the warranty will be honoured as long as the product has not been tampered with.

5. Refunds
Once the returned item is inspected and deemed eligible for a return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. 

Shipping charges may be deducted from the refund if the return is not due to a defect or our error.
Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after the return is processed.

6. Exclusions
We do not accept returns on opened software, downloadable items, or custom-built computers once they have been tampered with or altered in any way.
